Aaron Doucett

Aaron Doucett is a Sales Engineer at Applied Geographics. Aaron has over four years of experience as a GIS Analyst, designing cartographic products and conducting geospatial data analysis for the civil engineering, environmental and scientific consulting industry.

Doucett has served in key analyst roles, developing a green infrastructure impacts analysis for citywide assessment and mitigation of urban heat island effects, urban forest cover, and stormwater runoff. This work has been featured and cited by the US EPA. Aaron's primary markets served include water resources management, stormwater management, transportation, local government, and energy distribution.

At Applied Geographics, Aaron works with project managers and industry and scientific specialists to meet complex geospatial needs, including developing custom web mapping applications, asset management, and training.

Aaron Doucett's educational career began at Northampton High School. Aaron then attended the University of Massachusetts Amherst, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Earth Systems and Physical Geography. Finally, they attended Stony Brook University, where they earned a degree in atmospheric sciences.

Aaron Doucett reports to Peter Girard, CTO. They are on a team with Matt Wilbert - Cloud Platform Manager, Ross Topol - Application Development Team Leader, and Dave Holmes - Customer Engineer for Sales.
