Heidi Darmochwal

Heidi Darmochwal has five years of work experience. From 2017 to present, they have held the role of HR Manager at Applied Imagination. From 2009 to 2017, they were a Web Developer at Petcher Designs. From 2007 to 2009, they were a Computer Technology Tutor at Gwinnett Technical College, where they worked with professors and the Department Head to provide tutorial services to students studying Microsoft Office Suite as well as assisting students with other technical obstacles. Heidi also had additional duties such as scheduling 5 tutors, maintaining computer lab, assisting with class orientation, and customer service. From 2005 to 2007, they were a Store Manager at Sirens, where they managed a retail fashion store with $1.5 million annual sales and reduced shrink from 7% to 3%. From 2003 to 2005, they were a Community Resource Specialist at the GA Dept of HR, where they supported individuals with developmental and psychological disabilities in seeking and maintaining employment. Heidi had a team caseload of 72 clients, and a personal caseload of 30 clients. In addition, they managed an Employment team of 4 individuals by creating daily/hourly schedules, completing all team administrative tasks, and training.

Heidi Darmochwal obtained their BS in Psychology and Drama from The University of Georgia in 2001. Heidi then went on to obtain an Associate of Applied Science and a Bachelor of Science in Internet Specialist- Web Development from Gwinnett Technical College in 2009. In 2021, they began their Master of Education in Learning, Leadership and Organization Development from The University of Georgia. In August 2022, they obtained a certification in Foundations of Project Management from Coursera and Google.
