Dexter Cosmo is an accomplished IT Project Manager at Applied Insight, LLC, where responsibilities include leading various IT initiatives for the Administrative Office of the U.S. Previously, Dexter served as a Lead Business Systems Analyst at ManTech, conducting business and functional evaluations while utilizing Agile methodologies for enterprise application development. As a Project Risk Analyst at Kforce Government Solutions, Inc., Dexter ensured IT project deliverables and efficiently managed stakeholder interactions. Dexter also has extensive experience in retail and finance, having held the position of Director of Licensed Business & Media Relations at Sears Holdings Corporation, where oversight included significant portfolio revenue, and as VP of Credit Risk Management at Banco Popular de Puerto Rico, managing comprehensive credit risk efforts. Dexter holds a BBA in Accounting & Finance from the University of Puerto Rico-Mayaguez.
