David Ward has extensive experience in technical and operational leadership across multiple companies in the technology and instrumentation sectors. At Novacyt Group, from March 2020 to September 2022, David served as IT-IS Hardware Lead and later as Technical Operations Lead, leading a skilled team focused on technical, process, and quality improvements. Additionally, David held the position of Head of Site in Stokesley, where oversight was given to a team delivering advanced instrumentation hardware and software that contribute to life-saving solutions. David’s previous roles include Senior Engineer at IT-IS, Research and Development Manager at Biogene Research, and Senior Project Leader at Labman Automation Ltd, where significant contributions to product design, automation systems, and compliance were made. David’s educational background includes A Levels in Physics from Prior Pursglove College and Laurence Jackson School.
