Gareth Sewell FCIAT

Gareth Sewell FCIAT has a long history of work experience in the field of BIM. Starting in 1994 as an Architectural Technician at Fletcher Joseph, they then moved to PRP Architects in 1995 as an IT Manager. In 2006, they joined Cadsquare Limited as a Senior Architectural Technician, and also began working at PRC Architects as a Senior Architectural Technologist/CAD Manager. In 2008, they took on the role of Project Leader/UK BIM Manager at PM Devereux. In 2016, they were a Technical/BIM Associate at PM Devereux, and a Senior BIM Consultant at BRE (Building Research Establishment). From 2017 to 2019, they were an Associate Director BIM at BRE. Gareth is currently the Head of BIM at Purcell, a position they have held since 2023.

Gareth Sewell FCIAT completed their ONC/HNC Building Studies in Architecture from Richmond upon Thames College between 1986 and 1990.
