Evan Serrano

Evan Serrano has a diverse work experience with various roles in different companies. Evan started their professional career as a Research Intern at the University of California San Diego in 2019. In 2020, they worked as a Software Engineer Intern at General Atomics Aeronautical Systems and as a Junior Systems Engineer at Nexus Dx, Inc. Evan also had an internship as an Embedded Software Engineer at Qualcomm in 2021 and participated in the CSE Tutor program at UC San Diego during the same year. Evan continued their internship journey in 2022, working as a Firmware Engineer at Tesla and as an Embedded Software Engineer at Qualcomm. Currently, in 2023, Evan is employed as an Embedded Software Engineer at Applied Intuition. Throughout their career, Evan has gained experience in firmware and embedded software engineering, as well as research and tutoring.

Evan Serrano began their education journey in 2014 when they attended Del Norte High School. Evan successfully completed their studies there and obtained their High School Diploma in 2018. Following their graduation from high school, Evan enrolled at UC San Diego in 2018 to pursue a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering. Evan studied at UC San Diego for four years, completing their undergraduate program in 2022.

Continuing their academic pursuits, Evan then decided to further enhance their knowledge and skills in the field of Computer Engineering. In 2022, they enrolled in the Master of Science program at UC San Diego, which they are expected to complete in 2023.

Taking into account their educational journey, Evan has progressed from obtaining a High School Diploma to a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering. Evan is currently pursuing a Master's degree in the same field at UC San Diego.
