Punit Tulpule

Punit Tulpule currently serves in an engineering role at Applied Intuition since April 2025. At The Ohio State University, Punit Tulpule has been an adjunct faculty member since August 2014 and has held the position of research assistant professor, establishing a research lab focused on the safety and efficiency of ground vehicles, while advising multiple PhD and master’s students. Prior experience includes serving as a senior research engineer at the Transportation Research Center Inc., where Punit Tulpule provided technical leadership for deploying level-3 automated vehicles on public roads, accumulating significant automated driving data. Punit Tulpule's academic background encompasses a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from Iowa State University and a Master of Science in Atmospheric Sciences from Savitribai Phule Pune University.
