Ryan Tarr

Ryan Tarr has a diverse work experience in the field of engineering. Ryan is currently employed at Applied Intuition as an Engineer since February 2023. Prior to this, Ryan worked as an Engineering Development Group Intern at MathWorks in 2022. Additionally, they gained valuable experience as a Mechanical Engineering Student Assistant at Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology from August 2020 to May 2021. Ryan also served as a Technology Co-Op at GE Appliances, a Haier company, in the summer of 2020. In 2019, they worked as an Engineering Intern at Major Tool & Machine, and in 2018, they gained hands-on experience as a Student Worker at FirstBuild.

Ryan Tarr holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology, which they earned from 2017 to 2021. Ryan then pursued further education at Carnegie Mellon University from 2021 to 2022 and obtained a Master of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering with a specialization in Robotics and Controls.
