Sheetal Ramsurrun

Sheetal Ramsurrun has a diverse work experience in various roles. In 2018, Sheetal worked as a Mechanical Engineering intern at Goldwind. From 2017 to 2019, Sheetal served as a Research Assistant at Stanford University, contributing to a publication on modeling electrostatic comb-drive actuation in aqueous conducting media. In 2019, Sheetal briefly worked as an MEP Engineering intern at Arup. From 2021 to 2022, Sheetal worked at MosaiQ Labs in both Business Development and Engineering. In 2022, Sheetal joined Data Science for All by Correlation One as a Data Science Fellow, focusing on understanding the impact of socio-economic factors on maternal mortality in the U.S. Currently, Sheetal is working at Applied Intuition as an engineer, starting in October 2022.

Sheetal Ramsurrun completed their education in a chronological order starting with a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from Stanford University, which was obtained from 2015 to 2019. Following that, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Engineering with a focus on Mechanical Engineering from Princeton University, completing it from 2019 to 2022. Prior to their undergraduate studies, Sheetal attended Droopnath Ramphul State College from 2007 to 2014, where they earned their GCE A-Levels in Science. Alongside their formal education, Sheetal also obtained a certification in Data Science For All / Women from Correlation One in August 2022, which they acquired with honors.
