Danny Hillis

Danny Hillis began their career in 1984 when they co-founded Thinking Machines Corporation. Danny then moved to Walt Disney Imagineering in 1995, where they held the role of Vice President R&D. In 2000, they co-founded Applied Minds, LLC, a company that provides technology, design, R&D, and consulting services to multiple firms. Finally, in 2014, they co-founded Applied Invention.

Danny Hillis received their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Mathematics and Computer Science from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology between 1974 and 1982.
