Michael Nestler

Michael Nestler has over 8 years of professional experience in software engineering. Michael began their career in 2011 as an Intern at Community Access Television. In 2012, they worked as a Research Assistant at Yale University, where they developed an iOS application with 3D graphics. From 2013 to 2014, they worked as a Developer at Mental Canvas. Michael then worked as a Software Engineer at Oracle (the former Sun Microsystems) from 2014 to 2016. During this time, they ported and maintained a variety of open-source software packages for distribution with Solaris. From 2016 to 2018, they worked as a Lead Software Engineer at Weather Build, Inc., where they did full stack development with Node.js, Vue.js, and MongoDB. Currently, they are working as a Software Engineer at Applied Invention.

Michael Nestler received a B.S. in Computer Science from Yale University, graduating in 2014. Prior to that, they attended Lebanon High School, graduating in 2010.
