Scott Nicol - "Driving Automation Forward"

Scott Nicol began their career in 2007 as a Vice President-Investments at Merrill Lynch. In 2011, they joined Robotic Solutions, LLC as an Account Manager and Business Development Manager. In this role, Scott was responsible for procuring new automation systems integration business with Automotive OEM's and Tier 1 suppliers. Scott also managed existing accounts, maintained and cultivated relationships with key business partners, and was involved in every aspect of the sales process. In 2016, Scott joined Applied Manufacturing Technologies (AMT) as a Business Development Manager for their Automation Systems Group. In this role, they provided turnkey systems integration, specializing in robotic automation across industries and applications. In 2019, they were promoted to Director of Automation Engineering Services Sales, where they oversaw all Sales related to Automation Engineering Services, as well as coordination with internal Engineering Managers and Robot/PLC Programmers in support of Systems Integrators, Auto OEM's, Tier 1 suppliers, as well as End-Users of Automation.

Scott Nicol obtained their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance, with a Minor in Mechanical Engineering, from the University of Michigan-Dearborn in 1992. Scott also obtained a College/University Preparatory and Advanced High School/Secondary Diploma Program from De La Salle Collegiate High School in 1988. Additionally, they have a certification in 5S Visual Workplace from the Michigan Manufacturing Technology Center.
