Barnard Vinoth

Barnard Vinoth has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources and professional development. Since November 2008, Barnard has been with Applied Materials, contributing to various HR functions. Prior to this, from May 2007 to November 2008, Barnard served as Manager of Professional Development for Educomp Solutions Ltd, managing training initiatives for the Intel Account and establishing relationships with government entities and educational institutions across six states. Earlier experience includes the role of Project Manager for Training & Skill Development at SKIP - Pan India Consortium of Industrial Training Institutes from September 2002 to May 2007, focusing on project management and collaboration between industry and academia. Barnard holds an MSc in Applied Psychology, a Master’s in Human Resource Management (MHRM), and a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration (PGDBA).
