Chengyu Liu

Chengyu Liu is a process engineer with extensive experience in the semiconductor industry, most recently serving as Senior Manager and previously as Manager and Senior Process Engineer at Applied Materials from December 2021 to December 2023. Earlier roles include Senior Process Engineer and Process Engineer at the same organization. Chengyu also gained research experience as a Research Assistant at UC Davis in July 2012 and worked as a CNF Fellow at the Cornell Nanoscale Science & Technology Facility from July 2015 to February 2019. Chengyu holds a Doctorate Degree in Applied Physics from Cornell University (2013-2019) and a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Peking University (2009-2013).
