Elena Sabrina Gueller

Elena Sabrina Gueller is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in employer branding and talent acquisition, currently serving as the Global Employer Branding Lead & EVP Program Manager at Applied Materials since March 2017. In this role, Elena Gueller spearheaded the development of the Employee Value Proposition, engaging over 50 stakeholders globally. Previous positions include the Recruitment Marketing Lead for the US and EMEA, where efforts resulted in reduced hiring times and increased referral rates. As Head of Talent Acquisition, Elena Gueller succeeded in scaling the Israel office significantly while optimizing recruitment processes. Prior to Applied Materials, roles included an Organizational Psychology Specialist at Adam Milo and a Psychologist at The Jewish Agency for Israel. Elena Gueller holds a Licentiate degree in Clinical Psychology from Pontificia Universidad Católica Argentina.
