Han Luo

Han Luo is a highly experienced physicist and scientist currently employed at Applied Materials since August 2020, holding multiple titles including Physicist/Scientist IV MTS, Physicist/Scientist, Sr., and Physicist/Scientist. Prior to this role, Han worked at Purdue University from September 2015 to August 2020 as a Graduate Research Assistant and Graduate Teaching Assistant, where responsibilities included lecturing and developing assignments for undergraduate aerodynamics courses. Han gained practical experience as a Graduate Intern at ANSYS, Inc. in early 2019, focusing on Python script development for chemical reaction modeling. Additionally, Han has a foundational background from the National Laboratory of Computational Fluid Dynamics and holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) and a Master of Science (M.S.) in Aerospace, Aeronautical, and Astronautical Engineering from Purdue University, along with a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Aerospace, Computational Fluid Dynamics from Beihang University.
