Ilanit Naim

Ilanit Naim has extensive experience in human resources and employee wellbeing, having worked as an HR Business Partner at Applied Materials from May 2006 to March 2014. In this role, Naim partnered with managers to drive organizational goals, consult on HR-related aspects, and facilitate team-building activities. Additionally, Naim served as a Wellbeing Manager, where responsibilities included designing welfare programs, planning social events, and managing the employee recognition program. Prior to this, Naim worked as a Recruitment Specialist at Ben-Gurion University of the Negev from January 1999 to January 2006. Naim holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Behavioral Sciences, both obtained from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
