Nerya Ashush

Nerya Ashush is a Senior Data Scientist at Applied Materials, where they develop big-data projects using deep learning and machine learning models. Nerya graduated with a master's degree in electrical engineering specializing in AI from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev and holds a bachelor's degree in electrical and electronics engineering from Holon Institute of Technology. They previously worked at Rafael Advanced Defense Systems, building ML-based pipelines for various projects, and conducted research on drone communication systems at the Holon Institute. Nerya also has extensive military experience in board design and system engineering with the Israel Defense Forces.
