Pamela Sherman

Pamela Sherman has over three decades of experience in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as Managing Director, Culture of Inclusion at Applied Materials since November 2007. Previously, Pamela held various roles at Applied Materials, including Senior Director, Culture of Inclusion and HR Business Partner, where responsibilities encompassed developing HR solutions, talent management, and overseeing HR operations. With foundational experience as Director of Student Activities at Huston-Tillotson University and Case Manager/Job Developer at the Austin Area Urban League, Pamela has demonstrated leadership in both educational and community settings. Academic credentials include a B.S. in Sociology and a Post-Baccalaureate in Educational Psychology from Texas A&M University.
