Sidharth Bhatia

Sidharth Bhatia is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the field of engineering and artificial intelligence. Currently serving as Senior Director and Principal Scientist at Applied Materials since 2017, Sidharth Bhatia leads a new analytics organization focused on developing AI/ML and control algorithms for Industrial IoT, encompassing areas such as advanced process control and predictive maintenance. Previously, Sidharth Bhatia held the roles of Engineering Manager and Senior Engineer at Applied Materials from 2005 to 2016. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Engineering, a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Computer Science, and a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Engineering from Brown University, as well as a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay.
