Will Chang

Will Chang is an accomplished professional with a strong background in logistics, materials, and supply chain management. Currently serving as a Materials Project Manager and Supply Business Manager at Applied Materials from January 2022 to April 2025, Will achieved significant improvements, including a 32% increase in 200mm system completion through effective management of cable/harness assemblies and OEM commodities, and a 40% increase in on-time delivery for ALD’s volume systems in Fiscal Year 2024 Q4. Will's experience also includes a brief tenure as a General Merchandise Procurement Intern at H-E-B, where preparations for the "Back-To-School" 2022 initiative were executed, and valuable insights were gained during price negotiations with vendors. Prior roles include a Data Curator Intern position at onedine, where comprehensive data was structured to enhance application capabilities, and a Photo Editor role at Flash Photography, managing graduation photo distributions.
