Xinyu Fu

Xinyu Fu is a Senior Manager and Senior Member of Technical Staff at Applied Materials, where they specialize in thin film deposition and integration technologies, including ALD/CVD and PVD processes. With expertise in semiconductor equipment, Xinyu has over a decade of experience in customer engagement for process and integration development in both research and production environments. They earned a Ph.D. in MSEE from Purdue University and previously studied Plasma Physics at Tsinghua University. Xinyu's work has significantly contributed to advancements in metal deposition technologies for semiconductor applications.
