Yifeng Zhou is a semiconductor process technologist with over 15 years of experience in research and development, as well as customer support within the semiconductor equipment industry. Previously, Yifeng held a position as a Senior Staff Process Engineer at Lam Research from 2011 to 2021, where they specialized in conductor etch technology development across various nodes. They also contributed to dielectric etch technology development at Applied Materials from 2004 to 2011, and are currently a Process Engineer Director at Applied Materials since 2021. Yifeng earned a PhD in Chemical Engineering from Texas A&M University, where they served as a Graduate Research Assistant from 1999 to 2003.
