Zheng Yuan

Zheng Yuan has over two decades of experience in the semiconductor and technology industries, currently serving as CVP for ICAPS Segment Solutions at Applied Materials since March 2000. Prior roles at Applied Materials include CVP for ICAPS Products and Technology, VP & General Manager for 200mm Systems and Upgrades, and General Manager for 200mm and subfab products. Zheng Yuan's career began at Silicon Valley Group as Sr. Technology Manager, after which time was spent at Watkins-Johnson in a similar role. Zheng Yuan holds a PhD in Chemistry from the University of Waterloo, obtained between 1988 and 1992.
