Prior to AMP, Glen developed a successful track record of helping companies like Uber and JetBlue grow market share through disruptive design in highly niche categories. Over his career he has led the development and launch of new aircraft interiors, luxury performance yachts, ground transportation systems, and multi-modal products and services.

Glen directed Industrial Design and Future Mobility teams at Safran Group, partnering with major OEMs such as Airbus and Bombardier, delivering a range of floor-to-floor solutions for leading global airlines.

He also led the BMW Group Designworks mobility design efforts, helping companies such as Mercury Marine, Yokohama and BMW North America develop game-changing solutions. Glen holds an extensive portfolio of consumer product and medical device development and holds numerous US Patents and industry awards.
