Mauricio Ramirez

Mauricio Ramirez has worked in the field of cyber security since 2011. Mauricio began their career in the Army as an ENROUTE COMMS RTO /arms room ncoic and Information Specialist. In 2016, they joined IPSecure, Inc as a Security Control Assessor, responsible for performing Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) 503 assessments for multiple mission systems of the 25th AF. In 2017, they moved to Engility Corporation as a Cyber Security Analyst. In 2018, they joined Applied Network Solutions Inc. as a Cyber Security Engineer. Most recently, in 2022, they joined Secureworks as a Threat Engagement Manager.

Mauricio Ramirez completed their Bachelor's degree in Cyber/Electronic Operations and Warfare from Purdue University Global. Mauricio then attended WGU Texas in 2017 for Information Technology. In 2016, they graduated from the Rackspace Open Cloud Academy with a degree in Cyber Security. Mauricio'seducational history began in 2005 when they attended Boylan Catholic High School. Additionally, Mauricio Ramirez has obtained several certifications, including CompTIA Linux+ (Powered by LPI) Certification in May 2019, CompTIA CySA+ ce in December 2017, ComptTIA A+ ce in October 2017, CISSP in March 2017, CompTIA Network+ ce in March 2015, and CompTIA Security+ ce in September 2016.
