James Chang

James (FR) Chang has extensive experience in procurement and management within the optoelectronics and solar industries. Currently working at Applied Optoelectronics, Inc. since July 2011, James focuses on sourcing components for transceivers. Prior to this role, James served as Senior Manager of Wafer Purchasing and PV Module Outsourcing at DelSolar Co., Ltd., and as Procurement Head of Projection SBU at Liteon. Additionally, James held the position of VP at High-Q Optoelectronic, overseeing product design and sales marketing for LCD projection products, and served as Director of wireless technical management at Lucent Technologies in Taiwan. James holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering with a focus on Telecommunications from National Chiao Tung University.
