Lhaouari Djebbour

Lhaouari Djebbour's work experience includes several leadership roles in procurement and supply chain management. Lhaouari served as the Head of Procurement and Contract Management - Transformation Leadership at Masdar, where they led procurement and supply chain transformation efforts to achieve renewable energy and green hydrogen targets. Prior to that, Djebbour worked at Emirates Global Aluminium as the Head of Procurement and Category Management, overseeing supply chain transformation and leading procurement activities. Lhaouari also held the position of Senior Manager - Category Management at the same company. Djebbour's experience also includes serving as the Head of Procurement at Emirates Steel Arkan, where they implemented procurement strategies and oversaw sourcing and contracting activities. Before that, they worked at VINCI Construction France as the Procurement Director, establishing the procurement department and implementing sourcing strategies. Lhaouari Djebbour completed an Executive Leadership programme at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford from 2022 to 2023. Prior to that, they obtained a Master's degree in Strategic Procurement Management (DESMA) from Grenoble IAE between 2004 and 2006. Lhaouari also holds a Bachelor's degree in Business/Managerial Economics from Université Grenoble Alpes, which they completed from 2003 to 2004.
