Tandeep S. Chadha, Ph.D.

Tandeep S. Chadha, Ph.D. has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Tandeep S. co-founded Applied Particle Technology Inc. in 2014 and served as the Chief Technology Officer. Currently, they are affiliated with two accelerator programs, namely Techstars and Alchemist Accelerator, as a portfolio company. Prior to their entrepreneurial ventures, they pursued their Ph.D. at Washington University in St. Louis, where they were a PhD Candidate from 2010 to 2016. Before that, they worked as a Junior Research Fellow at the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay from 2009 to 2010.

Tandeep S. Chadha, Ph.D., has a strong background in engineering and biotechnology. Tandeep S. earned their Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Biotechnology from Shanmugha Arts, Science, Technology, and Research Academy, where they studied from 2005 to 2009.

Driven by a passion for research and furthering their knowledge, Tandeep pursued higher education at Washington University in St. Louis. From 2010 to 2013, they obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Energy, Environmental, and Chemical Engineering. Building upon this foundation, Tandeep went on to complete their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) with a specialization in the same field at Washington University in St. Louis, attending from 2010 to 2016.

In addition to their formal education, Tandeep Chadha has also achieved a certification in Deep Learning Specialization from Coursera, which they obtained in July 2020.
