Brad W. Allen P.e.

Brad W. Allen, P.E. is a Senior Engineer at Applied Pavement Technology, Inc. since March 2016, bringing extensive experience from prior roles at NYSDOT where Brad served as the Director of Program Management Bureau from August 2000 to March 2016.
