Martin Julien

Martin Julien is a retired Green Beret with extensive experience in operations, security, and training management. Currently serving as a contractor at the Department of Defense for ARA since November 2019, Martin previously held the position of Director of Operations and Security at the US Army Special Forces Command, where responsibilities included managing comprehensive programs supporting over 600 personnel and assets, advising senior leadership on intelligence operations, and overseeing the security of global special projects. Martin's prior experience with the 3rd Special Forces Group involved mentoring personnel, managing training programs, conducting equipment audits, and implementing operational procedures. Martin holds a Bachelor of Science in Strategic Studies and Defense Analysis from Norwich University.
