Mike Rouleau

Mike Rouleau is a highly skilled engineer with extensive experience in various roles within the engineering field. Currently serving as a Staff Engineer 1 at ARA since February 2024, Mike previously held positions as a Senior Engineering Consultant at Rouleau & Associates, LLC, and as Founder & CTO of RYG Labs, where a focus was placed on newborn hearing screening innovation. Mike has also contributed as a Create-X Mentor at Georgia Institute of Technology, guiding students to excel in entrepreneurship, while conducting significant research in cochlear micromechanics as a Graduate Research Assistant. With experience at Air Force Research Laboratory as an AFRL Scholar and a diverse background in several technical and leadership roles, Mike showcases a strong foundation in mechanical engineering complemented by a PhD from Georgia Institute of Technology.
