Sheera Lum

Sheera Lum is a Staff Mechanical Engineer at ARA since September 2022, with a diverse background in engineering roles across several prestigious institutions. Previously, Sheera served as a Research And Development Engineer and Postbaccalaureate Research Assistant at Los Alamos National Laboratory, contributing to projects focused on environmentally friendly lubricants and tribological behavior. Experience includes an Undergraduate Research Assistant position at Argonne National Laboratory, as well as co-op roles at Eaton, where design and communication skills were honed in new product development and production support. Educational credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Mississippi State University and ongoing Master's studies in Structural Engineering at UC San Diego, alongside pursuing further studies at UNSW.
