Brittany Blow is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and business development, currently serving as Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition for Production and Sales at Aon since April 2021. With a commitment to growth and collaboration, Brittany leads a team focused on enhancing talent strategies within a global financial services context. Prior to Aon, Brittany held the role of Business Development Manager at Applied Resource Group and served as a Senior Executive Search Consultant in the Sales & Marketing Division at Lucas Group, a leading executive search firm in North America. Brittany holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from the University of Georgia's Terry College of Business, as well as an Associate's degree in Business from Young Harris College.
