Kurt Witmer possesses extensive experience in systems engineering, with a current role at Applied Signal Technology since January 2006. Previously, Kurt served as a Principal Engineer 3 and Principal Engineer at General Dynamics AIS from January 2003 to January 2006. Prior to that, a position as Manufacturing/Production/Test Manager was held at L3 Communications from 2000 to 2003. Kurt's educational background includes an Associate in Applied Science degree in Electronics Engineering from Pennsylvania College of Technology, obtained between 1991 and 1993.
