Jessica Knab

Jessica Knab is currently the Manager of Digital Adoption Strategy at Applied Systems. Prior to this role, Jessica worked at Houghton Mifflin Harcourt as a UX/Technical Writer & Pendo Strategist. Jessica also has experience as a Content Strategist & Semantic UX Design Analyst at Highmark Health. Jessica holds a PhD in Communication and Media Studies from Temple University, a MEd in Secondary Education from the University of Pittsburgh, and a Bachelor's degree in Journalism/English Writing from the University of Pittsburgh.
