Matt Smith

Matt Smith is an experienced professional with a diverse background in training, insurance, and social services. Currently serving as a Product Trainer at Applied Systems since April 2019, Matt previously held roles as an Insurance Advisor at TD Insurance, where responsibilities included underwriting policies and providing risk analysis, and as a Trainer at Teleperformance, where Matt delivered corporate education and managed large training programs. Matt's experience also includes working as an Independent Contractor and Resettlement Assistant with the Archdiocese of Toronto - Office for Refugees, where Matt oversaw client appointments, assessed refugee applications, and developed community presentations.
