Toolika Kashyap is an experienced leader with a robust background in product strategy, innovation, and growth, currently serving as the Head of Product for Employee Benefits at Applied Systems since March 2024. Prior to this role, Toolika held the position of Vice President of Health Technology at Aon from August 2016 to December 2023.
