Carla MacDonald, CFCM, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in contracts management and operations. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Applied Technology Solutions, Inc. since December 2022, Carla has held various roles in prominent organizations, including Program Management Support at KITTY HAWK TECHNOLOGIES and Contracts Manager at BlueHalo. Prior tenure includes Contracts Associate Manager at Lockheed Martin and Contracts Administrator at Integration Innovation, Inc.
