Evan Bailey

Evan Bailey's work experience includes serving as the Executive Medical Director at Applied Therapeutics, Inc. from May 2021 to the present. Prior to that, they worked as a Medical Director at Vertex Pharmaceuticals from October 2017 to May 2021. Before joining Vertex, Evan served as an Assistant Professor Pediatric at the University of Massachusetts Medical School from July 2014 to October 2017. Evan started their career at Boston Children's Hospital, where they completed a Fellowship from July 2011 to June 2014, and worked as a Resident Doctor from July 2008 to June 2011.

Dr. Evan Bailey has an extensive education history in the field of medicine. Evan obtained their Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree from Loyola University Chicago Stritch School of Medicine, where they studied from 2004 to 2008. Prior to that, from 2002 to 2003, Dr. Bailey pursued a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Medical Clinical Sciences/Graduate Medical Studies at Boston University School of Medicine. Evan completed their undergraduate education at Boston College, earning a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Chemistry from 1998 to 2002.

In addition to their formal education, Dr. Bailey has also obtained a certification in Product Labeling from the Drug Information Association (DIA) in May 2020.
