Mandy Krumnow has a diverse and extensive work experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Their current position is the Vice President of Medical Affairs at Applied Therapeutics, Inc., which they have held since March 2021.

Mandy's experience also includes roles at Genzyme from 2012 to 2016, where they served as the Director of North America Medical Affairs and the Associate Director of Medical Communications for Global Medical Affairs. In these positions, they directed and oversaw various activities related to medical communications and engagement with key stakeholders.

Prior to Genzyme, Mandy worked at Biogen Idec from 2008 to 2012. During their time there, they held the positions of Senior Manager in Global Medical Affairs and Medical Science Liaison in Neurology for US Medical Affairs. In their roles at Biogen Idec, they played a key role in establishing the US-based segment of the Global Medical Excellence and Training Team and creating a strategic approach to medical training across all therapeutic areas.
