Mia Mateva has been working in the talent acquisition field since March 2021, starting at The Big Search and moving on to various companies such as Yababa, Gorillas, and Novakid Inc. Currently working at applike group as a TA Manager, Mia has a strong background in building high-performing teams for tech companies. Mia holds a Master of Arts in Human Resources Management and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from the University American College Skopje.
