Marcin Pająk has had a diverse range of work experiences. Marcin started their career as a Delegate at URSS AGH - Uczelniana Rada Samorządu Studentów AGH from October 2014 to January 2018, where they were a member of the University Senate and involved in events planning and organization. Marcin then worked as a Scientific Researcher at AGH University of Science and Technology from January 2018 to June 2018, contributing to a research project.

In 2019, Marcin had multiple research internships, including at Shibaura Institute of Technology (October to December), Kyoto University (December), and The University of Tokyo (October to December).
