Ram Nathaniel

Ram Nathaniel has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and roles. Ram is currently working as the Head of AI & Algorithms at Applitools, where they apply computer vision and deep learning techniques to validate UI/UX. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Algorithms at PointGrab, where they developed a real-time computer vision-based sensor for smart buildings powered by deep learning. Ram also founded MathUnderground Ltd., where they developed educational apps that accumulated over 2.5 million downloads. Before that, they were the CTO and VP R&D at Surgix, where they developed systems for x-ray computer-assisted diagnostics and surgical image guided navigation. Ram also worked as an Algorithms team leader and developer at ioimage, an Algorithm developer at Celebros Ltd., and an Algorithm developer at Tel Aviv University. Ram's career began in the Israel Defense Forces, where they worked as a Computer Programmer & Algorithms Developer in military intelligence. Overall, Ram has gained extensive experience in applying algorithms, computer vision, and deep learning in various domains.

Ram Nathaniel completed their Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics and Computer Science at Tel Aviv University from 1992 to 1997. Ram then pursued a Master's Degree in Computer Science at the same university from 1998 to 2000.
