Tijana Mijailović

Tijana Mijailović is currently employed as an App Growth Manager at apploft. GmbH since October 2023. Previously, Tijana held the positions of Senior Growth Marketing Manager and Growth Marketing Manager at Xayn from January 2020 to September 2023. Prior experience includes a role in Strategic Marketing at Helix Cognitive Computing GmbH, a technology firm focused on developing next-gen DLT platforms, and a brief stint as a Pro Bono Consultant for Penda Manufacturing PLC, a paper-recycling company in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia. Tijana's career began with an internship at MPG Beograd, during which responsibilities included assisting in event organization for an academic conference. Tijana holds a Master's in Management with a focus on Global & Digital Strategy, Innovation, and Entrepreneurship from ESMT Berlin, a certification in Design Thinking from IE Business School, and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Belgrade.
