Dawn Dixon

Dawn Dixon, CIPP/E, CIPM, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in governance, risk, and compliance within the technology sector. Currently serving as Vice President of Governance, Risk & Compliance at Sandvine since January 2014, Dawn is responsible for the strategic direction and improvement of the company's Information Security Management System (ISMS) and privacy programs. Previous roles at Sandvine include Senior Director and Director of Information Security & IT Governance, where responsibilities included policy maintenance, audit management, and IT project governance. Before joining Sandvine, Dawn held various positions at BlackBerry, focusing on process improvement and operational excellence across multiple functions. Educational background includes studies at the University of Toronto Mississauga and completion of O.S.S.D. at St. Augustine Secondary School.
