José Delfín Pérez

José is Senior Vice President for Human Resources, Marketing & Communications at Applus+.

He started his career at the technology startup Norvidan. After, he joined Meliá Hotels Group where he held various senior positions as Organization & Compensation Director and Change Management Director. In 2001, he was appointed Group HR Director.

José holds a degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Vigo University and an MBA from ESADE. He has completed a Senior Management Programme (SMP) from IE, an Advanced HR Executive Programme (AHREP) in Michigan, and holds an accreditation as Executive Coach (EEC-ICF).
