Natalia Arrojo

Natalia Arrojo currently serves as an HR Talent Partner at Applus IDIADA since November 2016, where responsibilities include defining talent strategies in collaboration with the management team and managing selection processes. Previously, Natalia held the position of HR Talent Acquisition Specialist, overseeing national and international recruitment for various profiles. Prior experience includes working as a Talent Acquisition and Human Resources Consultant at Page Personnel, where Natalia analyzed labor market needs and consulted with HR managers, as well as roles in administrative accounting at Grupo Microsat and as an Accounting and Reception Trainee at Adela Asesores SL. Natalia holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resources from the CEF Centro de Estudios Financieros and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the Universitat de Barcelona.
