Juan Rodríguez González

Juan Rodríguez González has extensive work experience with Applus and Applus Norcontrol. Juan Rodríguez started with Applus Norcontrol in 2006 as the Responsable ADP and then became the Responsable Relaciones Laborales from 2008 to 2013. Juan Rodríguez later joined Applus Norcontrol again in 2014 as the HR Manager and Compliance Officer. In 2016, they transitioned to Applus+ and took on the role of HR Manager Latam and Regional Compliance Officer until 2018. From 2019 to 2020, they served as the HR Manager for Middle East, Africa & Mediterraneam and Regional Compliance Officer. Currently, they hold the position of HR Manager Mediterranean Region & Regional Compliance Officer.

Juan Rodríguez González has a diverse education history. Juan Rodríguez completed a Senior Management Program at IE Business School from 2019 to 2020. In 2016, they also attended IE Business School for the Programa Superior Asesoría Laboral para profesionales. In 2013, they participated in the Programa Avanzado de Gestión de Expatriados at IE Business School, focusing on the field of expatriation. Prior to that, they pursued a Master's degree in Labor Law (ABOGACIA LABORAL) at Universidad Pontificia Comillas from 2008 to 2009 and another Master's degree in Human Resources (RECURSOS HUMANOS) from 2000 to 2001, also at Universidad Pontificia Comillas. Juan's education journey began with a Licenciatura degree in Law (DERECHO) at Universidad de Oviedo from 1995 to 2000.
