Manuel Fontao

Manuel Fontao is an accomplished professional in the energy sector with extensive experience in project management and quality assurance. Currently serving as Jefe de Proyectos at Applus+ since September 2023, Manuel previously coordinated wind energy projects at Applus Norcontrol from September 2018 to October 2023. Prior roles at Applus+ from October 2008 to September 2018 included responsibilities in offshore quality assurance and coordination of both onshore wind energy projects and related quality control. Manuel holds a degree in Mining Engineering with a focus on Energy, as well as a Master's in Electric Technology and Electronic Engineering, and a Master's in Occupational Risk Prevention, all from prestigious institutions in Spain.
